 ANN LULY - CEO, is happiest having a minimum of four projects going on at one time, attesting to her "Type A"
personality.  Raised in California, Ann came to know the "film industry" early on by starting out as one of the first female
Teamsters where she drove big diesel rigs for the overwhelmingly male dominated "tough-guy" union.  Work in her
early union days primarily involved driving motor homes for celebrities such as
Lisa Minnelli, Sean Connery, Omar
and Joanne Woodward.  Ann has come a long way from those earlier days.  She was executive producer on the
Special Delivery starring Penny Marshall and Sean Young as well as the HBO specials An Evening with
Bobcat Goldthwait, Share the Warmth
and Is He Like That All The Time?  Producer credits include the cult hit Shakes
the Clown,
starring Bobcat Goldthwait, and Tom Kenny (voice of Spongebob Squarepants), with Adam Sandler,
Kathy Griffin
and Robin Williams.Other Feature films include Police Academy II, The Natural, Deal of the Century,
Breathless, Six Weeks, Personal Best, Rocky II, Meteor
and Comes a Horseman.


KEVIN REIDY - is a Stanford graduate (with an MBA, A Masters in Public Management, and an AB in Economics).  He
also earned a third Masters (M.F.A.) from the School of Dramatic Arts in Florence, Italy.  Reidy began his career in
Hollywood working for
Roger Corman.  He was Vice President of international production.  As an executive, the former
banker and money manager, served as C.O.O./Sr. Vice President of Production at
I.R.S. Media.  Reidy served as unit
production manager on such feature films as the
Jackie Chan/Owen Wilson hit, Shanghai Noon, Mortal Kombat and
Overnight Delivery
.  His work in the television arena includes producing HBO's Cheaters and The Jack Bull.  His
producer credits include the hit fantasy,
Ever After (co-producer/UPM), the big screen adaptation of the popular video
Mortal Kombat:  Annihilation (producer/UPM), Loved (line producer/UPM) the Renee Zellweger - Vincent
drama, The Whole Wide World (producer) and Swimming With Sharks (associate producer). Reidy recently
completed executive producer duties on
Randall Miller's Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School
Robert Carlylse, John Goodman, Mary Steenburgen and Marisa Tomei) and he executive-produced Hoot, a family
film for
Walden Media and New Line Cinema produced by Frank Marshall and Jimmy Buffet.  He was also executive
producer on two
Carl Franklin films - High Crimes (Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman) and Out of Time (Denzel
and Eva Mendes).

 PERI KITTELL - brings to Luly Productions a wealth of experience drawn from her diverse background in film, music
and industry-related business and legal interests.  Possessing a keen eye for detail and the ability to keep any
production running smoothly and on course, Peri's extensive television and feature film credits include work on
Fences, Doogie Howser, LA Law, Darkman, Wired, Back To School, All Of Me. Deal Of The Century, Breathless,
Six Weeks, Rocky 3, SOB, Little Miss Marker, 10, Straight Time
and Comes A Horseman.

CAMILLA MORE - recently executive produced the independent feature, Mushka  Water.  She works with Luly
Productions in the screenplay development department and also has a number of projects in joint development with
Ann Luly. Her acting credits include
Dead Tides, Dark Side of the Moon, Serpent of Death, Once Bitten, The Twin,
and Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. She has also had contract roles on  Days of Our Lives and  General Hospital.

- Storyboards - Virginia brings a wealth of talent capable of enhancing any production.  A
graduate of the prestigious
Chelsea School of Art in London, Virginia's expertise within th motion picture industry
ranges from model and maquette painting for
Universal Studios and Paramount, rendering computer animated
sequences for
Nickelodeon and even working with the team responsible for the famous Pillsbury Doughboy
commercials.  A professional artist with sales in the U.S. and Europe, Virginia is also a published cartoonist, muralist
and expert in faux finishes.  In addition to her artistic skills, Virginia recently expanded her creative horizons by
collaborating with her husband, Paul, in writing the romantic comedy screenplay
Limited Engagement.


PAUL GLEN NEUMAN - sold his first novel at the age of twenty-three.  He has published twelve books, including Chip
Off The Bloc
and 101 Uses For The Unemployed.  His novels have sold in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom,
Australia, and throughout Scandinavia.  Mr. Neuman has written twenty-four screenplays in a variety of genres,
including comedy, action-adventure, science fiction, mystery and drama.  Eight of his scripts were co
-written with his
brother, Mark.  Mr. Neuman was educated in Europe and the Far East and has a B.A. Degree in Theater from California
State University Long Beach where he specialized in acting, directing and playwriting.  During this time he wrote nine
plays.  Mr. Neuman has appeared as an actor in twenty-one stage productions, including
Showboat, Promises,
and My Fair Lady.  Great singer, Lousy dancer.  In another lifetime, Mr. Neuman served as Associate Editor
Registered Representative, a national stockbroker trade publication and frequently contributed to Security Industry
- a journal devoted to management personnel in the brokerage industry.  Mr. Neuman's work reflects his
more than twenty-five years as a professional writer.  He makes his home with his wife in Fillmore, California and is
currently writing a new comedy with his brother.

MARK EDWARD NEUMAN - has collaborated with his brother Paul on eight screenplays, including the comedies The
Boot, Scratcher, Uncle Scam, Flushed, Milk Men, In The Chill Of The Morning
and All Hands On Dick, as well as the
Hits And Mrs.  Educated in Europe and the Far East, and a member of the association of Government
Accountants, when he's not writing scripts that are laugh-out-loud funny, Mr. Neuman works as an Investigator for the
Department of the Navy.  He holds a B.S. Degree in Business from Florida southern College and a M.B.A. in
Management from Webster University.  Mr. Neuman has appeared as an actor in several state productions, including
Antigone and the Lark.  Mr. Neuman makes his home with his wife and two sons in Longwood, Florida, and is
currently writing a new comedy with his brother.
